Property Networking Groups

The Property Networking Groups began back in 2006 with just 6 enthusiastic and passionate property investors.

The purpose was purely to share information, ideas and experiences related to property investing so the whole group could benefit from the varying skill levels of those that were a part of it.

We now have close to 3,700 people on the database and consistently getting between 100 to 150 people attending the meetup every month.

We provide 3 speakers each meeting to share information with the attendees. One of which is someone from the group presenting their own ‘Real Deal’ so that everyone can see what people are doing in the current market to create wealth through property. You’ll see photos, numbers, lessons learned, how to find the deal and a whole lot more!

We do not buy and sell real estate, the group is purely to share information and network with each other. We pride ourselves on not doing any hard sells on the night.

The Brisbane meeting is FREE to attend for all new members and there is an entry fee of $33 ($25 if paid online) for those that have attended previously.  The Sunshine and Gold Coast meetings cost just $10 to attend for all new and existing members.

The entry fee includes tea and coffee, the latest Australian Property Investor magazine and attendance for the whole night. If you are new to property investing or have been investing all your life, whether it be residential or commercial, I am positive you will benefit from attending one of our meetings.

The Networking Group meetings are still very much as friendly and comfortable as they were with just 6 people attending as they are now as a larger group. You will discover an incredible amount of integrity within this community and a support network that has become the largest of its kind in Australia.

If you reside outside of South East Queensland and find you cannot attend the live networking group meetings, we’ll send you a recording of the whole event each month… plus you can have a ringside seat via the UPH private Facebook Group
